What does Armenian Pride Collection stand for?

We stand for heritage, identity, and connection. To be Armenian is to carry a legacy of resilience, memory, and creativity—but also joy, humor, and style. We believe there’s more than one way to be Armenian, and we celebrate the diversity of our community in all its expressions.

Some of our products are cultural, some are simply stylish, but all are chosen with intention. Each piece is a reflection of who we are as a people, wherever we are in the world. So whether you're here for fashion, fun, or heritage, we've got something for you.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Pre-manufactured items (everyday styles) are normally eligible for return, unless stated otherwise. If you're not satisfied with your pre-manufactured item, you can initiate a return from your account page within 14 days of your order date.

Our Made-to-Order items are custom printed just for you after your purchase. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, color choice, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing error, we will gladly make it right. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue so we can file a claim with our print partner.

There are no returns on supplements.

What’s the difference between Made-to-Order and pre-manufactured items?

Made-to-Order items are products that feature our original designs (Signature and Xclusive) and are printed just for you after your order is placed. We create the designs, and our print partners bring them to life—one piece at a time. There are no returns on made-to-order products.

Pre-manufactured items (like accessories and everyday styles apparel) are already produced and stocked by our suppliers. These items are shipped directly from their inventory and may arrive separately from Made-to-Order products. You may return these items within 14 days of receiving your order.

There are no returns on edible items like supplements.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Pre-manufactured items are shipped within 48 hours from a wholesale warehouse in Los Angeles. They may arrive in 2-3 days. Orders may also come in multiple packages depending on the items and print partners involved.

Wellness products are shipped within 2-3 days from our partners in Utah.

Our Made-to-Order custom items go into production 24 hours after you place your order. Printing and processing take 2-3 business days, followed by shipping time, 2-4 days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info so you can follow it to your door.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Pre-manufactured items are processed immediately and cannot be changed once submitted. However, you can initiate a return from your customer account once you receive your item. You have 14 days to do so.

Your made-to-order items are held for 24 hours before they are sent to our print
partners. You can change or cancel those items within 24 hours of placing them. After that, your order is automatically sent to our print partners and cannot be modified or canceled.

If you need to update details or cancel a made-to-order item, please contact us immediately and include “Order Update” or “Cancel Order” in your subject line. Make sure your message includes your order number and the specific changes needed.

How can I be sure a custom T-shirt will fit me right?

We recommend measuring your favorite-fitting T-shirt across the chest, then
comparing it to the sizing chart included in every custom product listing. This method gives you the most accurate fit possible. Size charts can be found in the product description and often in the image gallery.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! You’ll receive tracking via email once your items ship. Because we use several
U.S.-based print partners, you may receive multiple tracking numbers if your order is split between locations.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. At this time, APC only ships within the United States. We hope to expand in the future as we grow!

Where are your products made and shipped from?

All of our products are made and shipped from the United States by trusted U.S.-based print partners. Most of our partners are located in California. This helps ensure faster delivery times and supports Armenian and American businesses.

When will I be charged for my order?

You’ll be charged at checkout. For memberships, you are only charged once. There are no recurring charges.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Shop Pay also allows you to pay in installments. You can break your payment down into multiple months. All payments are secure and encrypted.

How much is shipping?

Good news! Economic USPS shipping is free on all U.S. orders! No minimums, no hidden fees. Just meaningful merch delivered to your door, on us. If you would like faster delivery, we offer standard shipping at a small cost.

Why is my order coming in multiple packages?

Because we work with several trusted print partners across the U.S., different items in your order may be printed and shipped from different locations. That’s why your products might arrive in separate packages—even if they were ordered together.

But don’t worry—shipping is still free on all U.S. orders, no matter how many packages it takes to get your full order to you!

What constitutes Limited Supply?

Limited Supply items are fast sellers that can run out quickly. In some cases, our suppliers only have a small quantity available, so once they’re gone, they may not return. If you see this label, it’s best to grab your item before it sells out. It means there are less than 50 total items remaining for that product, including all sizes and colors.

What does Back Order mean?

When you see a product labeled “Back Order,” it means the item is currently sold out, but one of our trusted suppliers allows us to continue taking orders while they restock. If you place a back order, your item will be reserved for you and shipped as soon as it becomes available again.

This is different from “Sold Out,” which means the item is completely unavailable and cannot be purchased at the moment. It may be restocked at a future date, but currently it cannot be backordered.

Can I request a design on a different item (like kids or women's sizes)?

Yes! If you see a design you love from our Xclusive collection and want it on a
kids' shirt, women’s cut, or hoodie, just let us know! Our custom designs can be
printed on almost any material or style. We’re happy to create a version that
fits your needs. Simply reach out with your request and we’ll make it happen!

What is the Legacy Keepers and how does it work?

Our Legacy Keepers is a one-time reward tied to the APC Legacy Keeper Sweatshirt. When you purchase the sweatshirt, you’re automatically granted lifetime VIP status membership.

As a VIP member, you’ll receive:

Year-round discounts – Members automatically receive 20% off all items, all the time.

First access to new collections – Shop new collections early before they go public.

And, of course, free U.S. shipping – No minimums, no stress.

Do my VIP perks start immediately after purchase?

Yes, your perks activate as soon as your purchase is complete. If you don't see your discount right away, log out and back in.

Do I need to become a VIP before placing an order for discounted prices?

Yes. If you want to take advantage of the 20% off always-coupon, you’ll need to
purchase the APC Legacy Keeper Sweatshirt before checking out with other products. Once you’ve become a member you can enjoy 20% off always.

Click on "More Payment Options" on the sweatshirt product page to purchase the sweatshirt only and keep other items in your cart. Once your purchase is complete, the discount will be applied to the items in your cart. If you don’t see the discount right away, try logging out and logging back in. Don't worry, your cart will be saved.

When do early releases become available to the public?

Early releases stay exclusive to VIP members (Legacy Keepers) for one full month before being released to the general public. This gives our members first dibs on new designs and collections.

Some items are produced in limited quantities (as low as 20 or 50 units), while others may have up to 1,000 or more. That means certain items could sell out before they ever reach the public store, especially popular items.

If you want to guarantee access to our newest and most meaningful pieces, joining the VIP circle is the best way to secure them early.

Are your supplements third-party tested?

Our supplements are capsuled in the USA using globally sourced ingredients and manufactured in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities to ensure strict quality standards. Every batch undergoes third-party lab testing for purity and potency.

We proudly offer a non-GMO, corn-free, lactose-free, vegan-friendly, and vegetarian formula—made for those who care about what goes into their bodies.

Please note there are no returns on supplements.

Is Armenian Pride Collection trademarked?

Yes, Armenian Pride Collection™ is a trademark of Armenian Pride Collection LLC. Our official trademark application was filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) on May 31, 2025 and is currently under review.

In the meantime, we are legally using the ™ symbol to indicate that the name is our intellectual property and part of our growing brand. Once the registration is approved, we’ll update our materials to reflect the ® designation.

Is your website available in Armenian?

Yes! You can view our website in Armenian by using the language selector at the bottom of the page. The translation is powered by Google Translate, so while it's not 100% perfect, it allows our Armenian-speaking visitors to navigate and shop more easily.
